RETURN POLICY

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction so if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping and handling).  We will treat you with the same courtesy and respect as we would want to be treated as a customer.

 Here’s what you need to know:

  1. Pack up your item in the same careful manner in which you received it. Enclose a copy of your packing slip and a brief explanation of why you wish to return or exchange it.  Take it to the Post Office, FedEx or UPS and pay for shipping and full insurance on the item.
  2. When we receive your undamaged item we will refund or exchange it, whichever you prefer, within 10 business days. No hassle, no problem.
  3. If for some unfortunate reason the item we sent arrived damaged, please contact us within 5 business days so that we can make it right.
  4. If the item you received was the wrong item by our mistake, we will gladly refund all shipping costs in addition to the cost of the item. Our mistake, our cost.
